It can be very difficult to parent a child who bosses you around or tells you what to do. There seem to be more and more children behaving this way these days and the worst thing we can do as moms and dads is to mistake these children as being confident or strong-willed. In fact, these children are usually more sensitive and their behavior stems from insecurity, not security.

In this two-hour class, we will explore the bossy child problem through the lens of attachment and development with a special emphasis on understanding how this dynamic occurs and what we can do about it. We will cover 16 strategies for helping our children feel more secure and lessening bossy behavior.
